Linked forums appear as sponsors in subforums

First, thanks to Wayne Luke for his permission to release this. The link to the original.

This modification allows you to have linked forums appear as sponsors in subforums.
The default size for the images is 185*25. Images are named the same, ie banner_forumid.gif, where forumid is the forumid of the linked forum.
