Needing upgrade/mod help

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to ask but I am looking for someone to help me upgrade my forum to Gold and do some modifications such as adding different buttons (or even designing new ones) and adding a hack or two.

Can anyone recommend someone who may be able to help me out?
