vBt updated to Gold

I have finished updating this site to 3.0.0, which means we are no longer running beta software! :)

With this upgrade comes the addition of a frontpage (www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/index.php), you can also view newly released submissions on the portal.

We will be adding more new things over the course of the next few weeks, as we now have a stable code base to work from. :)

I like the portal, but it would be wise to add a home AND a forums link in the header. It's alot easier to access both areas this way.
