vb.org Archive - How do I add additional URL links to the Nav Bar template under the Quicklinks popup?

I posted this at vBulletin.com but didn't get the answers I need, so I'm coming to you all for some badly needed help. Basically, I'd like to add some links to other sites used by my board, to the Quick Links popup right after the Miscellaneous links un the QuickLinks Popup Box.

I know I have to change this in the Nav Bar template, but I'm a relative newbie to coding and am unsure as to how to modify the code to include the my own set of links after the Miscellaneous set. I tried copying the Miscellaneous set and inputing my own code, but the page errors out, even when all I do is change the $vbphrase[miscellaneous] to $vbphrase[League Links]. Ideally, I'd like to add another header (like the Miscellaneous header) and then links to other webpages (not vb pages).

The websites I want to link to are as follows:
"NF-FFL" http://nf-ffl.predsff.com
"Feeding Frenzy" http://frenzy.predsff.com
"Greek Mythology" http://football.myfantasyleague.com/2003/home/89687
"IFFL" http://iffl.150m.com/

What am I doing wrong, and how can I accomplish this?

Can anyone help me code this into the Nav Bar under the Quicklinks PopUp?

I know the code needs to be written after the following, but I have no idea how to write it. Please help!
