[Release] bold sticky links

Description: Changes links such as "Sticky: this is a sticky thread" to this is a sticky thread.
Screenshots: none, but if one is wanted it can be attached

If you don't like the normal way the "Sticky:" prefix is used, this template modification can be applied to make the stickies bold. You'll have to edit a phrase for beta 4, or the section in the vBulletin options in beta 3. I will try to provide assistance in this thread for the template modification if anyone has any trouble with it.

Installation instructions are attached.
