Member Options viewbale to Admins only (Template Mod Style!)

This is actuially something I keep meaning to do but keep not getting around to it. I'll probably do it the same way the admin link shows rather than by the usergroup 6 though.

actually you should never base it on userid you should always use if can admin or moderate, as both admins and mods seet his option you should use
<if condition="can_moderate()"> this will onlny show to users who have mod access or above ^^
