[Release] Top Level category last post info

With this modification installed your top level (or level_1) categorys will display the last post info for the last post in the categorys forums. Baiscly in a structer like this:

- Category 1
-- Forum 1
--- Sub Forum 1
-- Forum 2

Category 1's last post info would relate to the latest post in forum 1, forum 2, or even Sub Forum 1. If you are still clueless check out the screenshot attached.

I dident play with styling it to much, but it works flawlessly, so feel free to play with it.
