vb.org Archive - QuickPM Port for VB3

I have already asked EvilLS1(Dewayne), if he would port his QuickPM template mod that he posted at vb.org to VB3. He said not anytime soon, but that Im free to ask someone to port it for me.

Honestly, Im sorta close to doing it myself, but I cant seem to get the recipient's name to go in there.
