Need thread title in "last past"

Okay...I'm sure this mod has been done...but I'm just nothing having good luck finding it. I've looked here and at vbulletin.org and have had no luck. At any rate...what I need is for on my forum home page in the "last post" column to have the title of the thread of the last post above the "by whoever".
