Here is a screenshot of my modified header plus some minor changes in Last Post By:

I just started working on this, so far I like my new header. After messing around with the pop-up menus I decided to just remove them since I will be adding a sidebar later on anyways, less java :D

Looks nice. Should seperate the tables from the header a bit more IMO.

The actuall color scheme is just the same as the default, i like the header.

It's the secret 'anime' goverment, AHH!
