subscriptsions in beta 7

Hi all

i installed vB 3 beta 7 but now i want make the option "no subscription" by default. Where can i find this setting?

then another question, it's possbile to set the max amount of pm to 20?

1. not sure how to do this by default

2. yes just go to the usergroup manager, which is what pm quota is now based on
