I recently changed my E-Mail address in the vBulletin Members Area, I have now changed it here. Why can't I access the downloads etc.?

there has been abit of trouble with the licensing system the best options i can giev you is contact vbulletin.com via their support system

try loggin in and out once or twice

try updating your email one more time

Updating the form again usually sorts it out.

Everytime I change my email address this happens to me and I always have to email support there. :mad:

While I understand this is a pain, please understand WE DID NOT CODE IT. We were provided with the code for vBulletin members to update their status, hence we didn't actually develop the system and CANNOT actually provide support for it since we DO NOT have ANY way to tell who is and is not licensed as we do not have access to the license database.

Sorry for all the caps, but some people are not understanding that we can do very little about this problem.

I don't think anyone is saying it is this boards problem at all. Obviously it starts at vbulletin.com where we have to enter the email addresses there.

heh, if you have read some of the PM's and E-Mails I have received, you would understand a bit more ;). Not saying that you do not currently, but 75% of ALL mailings and PM's are rude, hateful, and vulgure as if I was not allowing members in.

I understand. I just wanted to reply here since you quoted my post in your message. I'm not a newbie to vB, been around it almost two years and I had Steve on vB.com explain what the problem was.

Working on why we now cannot edit posts....and I cannot see what templates to revert since it does not say any longer....looks to be a bug or 2
