Ok the style itself is not much because I did that (banner + colours) under an hour to put something up for the start.

Now what I am asking for is some honest feedback (How it is now? how can I improve it? etc).

I'd appreciate any comments regarding the site. :)

can I offer some suggestions?

1) the header image should streach100%, looks like your forum is only built for users 800x600

2) the buttons/icons/smilies dont match at all

3.) think about chaging your nav to make it more interesting

1) I agree it looks kinda boring... though why should it stretch 100%? It's only a banner 'image'. I'm on 1024 x 768 and it looks fine. *shrug*

2) You mean the colours or the style? I agree that the smilies dont match because those were made for another style.

3) Yep, I agree but that is just a temporary setup until vB3 gold. Though I might make some further changes. :D

i think the stile looks nice

the header could use abit of work but otherwise its not bad :D

1) Header is too big length wise. And make it stretch all the way over the screen.
2) Don't really like the dark style.
3) Too much black, use different color then black for tables but leave background color.

Otherwise nice. :)

Yeah, it's a hard job to get to the top.

Your forums look fine. Not my personal choice for colors (I agree that there is far too much black), but it is not annoying or bothersome in any way. I like your buttons and how they have icons (many people are not seeming to use icons on their buttons for some reason).

Your header in general could use some help. For instance, you have buddy list and other text links for us guests, that just bring back notices telling us we aren't logged in. And I agree that the header graphic/banner whatever is a little too short. Just looks odd to me. Not bad...just odd.
