Could someone explain how this works & how to get the link for it in post bit?

erm the karma link is the reputiation link

it was moved into postbit_userinfo

You can edit the settings for it under Reputation or Karma in the vBulletin Settings. (From memory)

I think he means the karma button, like on vBT.

Ah ok.. but how do I get the link for people to add to their karma to display in the postbit?

You need to be running vBulletin 3.0 and visit the vBulletin Options section of the Admin CP. From there, search for Karma on the options page and enable it :).

my dont show up for some reason i get the blocks by the posts but no karma like on vbt

the karma button is a modifed button it should be next to edit by default using announce.gif
