Putting Stuff under the category?

Ok how would i put like on the main page of the forums where it has the forums | Posts | Threads etc. Under each category and not above the first category and thats it :confused:

yes goto http://www.plugspark.com/forums hehe i reinstalled vB ;) it needed a fresh DB and new install :) it was gettin cluttered
