vB Germany customer can't download

Can one of the admins here please look into the accounts of
ScaryCracker and ScaEY (same customer). For some reason these accounts have to be approved before he can download attachments.

Can you please tell me why?

I do not have admin cp access but to my understanding vB-germany users should be able to make their email addy's vaild here. If you are still having problems try contacting vBulletin.com support. I will direct saintdog to this thread also.
