how to get forumhome categories like this ?

i was wondering when i saw this website here

where its forum categories are images !

i know that we can use html but i heard that there is a hack enables

admin to creat a new forum with its leader images ( either by putting

a link for that images or by browsing the image and uploading it )


an other thing !

note these forums ( they r in columns and rows )

plz try to redirect me if it is a hack :D or tell me the procedure

to do somthing like this :o

to find my request but i couldn't , so i put this thread to get help

'cat images' thats all you need.... even if you just searched 'cat' you would find it.
