Is it possible to have a sticky divider? (divides stickies from threads)

It was at vBulletin.com a few weeks ago, and when I asked there Steve said it required some template edits but didn't have time to explain them to me, and another person said come here..... so here I am.

There is a hack that seperates stickies from threads. It's released by me (assassingod)

I was unable to find it here or at vBulletin.org.... atleast, a search did not show it.
