images under categories

i know how to add them above my categories but i get loads of problems whilst adding them below for example

i got

lefttopcatimage midtopcatimage( cat title )midtopcatimage righttopcatimage

forums in middle then i need this

leftbottomcatimage midbottomcatimage rightbottomcatimage

on each lot of forums any ideas
