Whats with all the IMing?

People think that if they cannot get support here, they can receive it over IM -- I ignore 99% of them as if people can't read, then they obviously are not worth helping.

I point them to here, simply. I try best not to ignore them as they just keep messaging you until they reply. Or, there's the simple block button. ^_^
