Space between announcements and posts

Didn't I see a template mod posted here to add a space between the announcements and normal posts? Where'd it go? I copied the code but forgot to record which template to edit.

Anyone?

For vB3, you would edit forumdisplay since some of the templates have been taken out and stuck into that template since vB2.

And no mod has been released for it.
