Catbit left and right images

How would I go about adding left and right catbit images. I have one that lays over the category strip, and then another image that lays over that on the left and the right. Well that's how it should be anyways. How would I go about doing this in vB3? Thanks for any help that can be given.

Edit: Also if possible a way to add this to the top of seperated posts as well.
