How do I make the Skin the Default Style?
 

I cant seem to find how to make the skin preveiable to people coming to the site..you have to sign in for the skin to show up..and Without signing in..the Orginal Colors Stay..?? How do I change that?

You have to ovewrite the styleid=1 style. (So, the default style that comes up currently) with the .style file of the other style. Or I think there is a hack to make it easier to change it at vB.org I've heard.

just to alleviate confusion in my thread here, i'll be referring to 'skin' as 'style'

If you don't have a need for the default style (meaning you don't want it available to users), navigate to your admin control panel/styles/modify. Click on the default style properties link. In the 2 drop down boxes, select the style that you would like to be shown instead of the default style.

Now, if a non-logged in user visits the site, or if a logged in user selects the default style in his user control panel, they will now see the style that you selected in the drop-down boxes.
