Getting the banner to the top of the site?
 
Okay, I have tried many different ways to do this, and still can not do it, if someone could please help me out that would be great.

I have even tried

For what most people have been telling me to use.
I dunno if its I dunno where to put it or I just dont know vBulletin very well lol.

Add a marginwidth="0" marginheight="0", too.
