Yes I know, but first I wanted to come here, What are the difference between Mods to Hacks? I want like, to take my VB and turn it to look simmilar to VB3, but I have no idea how to do it, that why I want to hire someone, but I need more...

hacks make changes to actual files (often the php files that you upload to your server). mods make changes to the templates which you can access via your admin cp.
