What mod did you use to install this code?

Seems to me like you only did it to the forumhome template.

You need to put the code above everything in the level one no post.

This will cause there to be a lone one to be at the top, so I suggest moving private messages or something over it to make it look nice.

If you can't figure it out, I may be able to do it for you once I get some time (I think I have said this to about 10 people all over the place, so it will be a while).

ok, but now this is really weird, why does it look like this?

how do i get rid of that bar at the top :\

Ok here's what you need to do:

forumhome [edit]
Your first top cat goes after the vB welcome text tables and right before the $forumbits variable.

Next Step:

forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost [edit]
<table>Bottom cat goes before everything in this template.</table>

<spacer>

<table>Top cat again here.</table>
<table>Then the regular forum table stuff.</table>

Done.

You'll have to edit the "loggedinusers" and "pmloggedin" in the same fashion depending on where you choose to have them on the forum index.

Everything was done perfect. I said it earlier, you are going to have a single bar at the very top.

You should either move the PM and/or Who's online or put the welcome message into a box up there.

ahh, guess i kinda missed that part :\
