[Release] Member table on forumhome

Description: What this does is add a small online users like table to the above the PM table on forumhome. It has the total number of registered members, the newest member, and a link to the memberlist. It also comes with an icon.

I personally wouldnt use this - As i am currently having problems with people messaging other members via AIM, Or PM telling them to go to his/her sites *Grr i hate that*

Nice idea though.

I just put a stats thing instead of that with all my posts and members and other stats.
