Alignment Problem
 

I've attached an image below to illustrate what I'm talking about. Perhaps you are already aware of this, if not I'm now bringing it to your attention. The columns appear to be mis-aligned.

Yes, it's because of the topics being too long. Maybe there can be a fixed chartecter limit to what appears out of the titles name on the main page but that still might not fix allignments for topics that are smaller then the limit.

So still, maybe something can be done. :)

You could always go in to forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template and set a width. :)

That'd work, but the topic would then go on 2 lines if too long, right?

The topic seems to be set at a certain character length here. The only problem you would have is if the username is too long, then it would mess it up. Just take the username (the lastposter) and move it down one line (under the last post date and time) and then set the width to the longest title and you should be all set. ;)

By the way, I love the quote tags here. Is that a hack?

And it's not a hack, but a template mod released by filbie. Should be at the top of the threads list for the 2.2.x template modifications.
