I discovered the joy of using Remote Desktop Server in Windows XP and RDC in OS X. With some firewall and port tweaking I'll be able to use my home computer from school via my laptop. Sound even plays over the connection although video is way too choppy. :)

Only problem is it's chewing up bandwidth like there's no tomorrow.

I use the Remote Desktop Server to get into the servers that I work on for the company I work for (They run Win2k servers). It's a very handy feature.
