ok, this is kind of making me mad now...

When the hell are they going to release vB3 Beta to the public, there are like 60 sites with it, all official, yet they seem to all be stable, they never had a problem sending out betas before, so why the hell arent they now.

Patience is a virtue. ;)

Yes, it's rather annoying. But there are still a few minor bugs and kinks to work out. Besides, they said the Public beta would be released somewhat soon (I expect 4 weeks, max) after the Private beta began. :D

yes patience is a virtue, but that virtue will disapear if i dont get my hands on vb in less than a month :P

The development team is following the same exact release protocol as they did with vBulletin 2.0.0. All customers should have access to it in a few weeks.

Just be lucky that you won't have to do daily database backups right now to run it.

i dont see why people always wish and wish and wish for things, or get angry that they have to wait. I guarantee, that when it comes out, you wont be arguing to yourself about wishing it still came out earlier. Go play some solitare and drink a pepsi, holds me over ;) 'nuff said.

Adieu.

I can wait. IM sure there are alot of bugs and such that need to be fixed befor they can relase it to Licensed Members. Im happy with 2.2.9

Tony G 03-01-2003 12:22 AM

The reason lots of sites have it is because they are testing the betas before public release. There are still problems around the place so until they are fixed you won't see a public beta. You'll just hope that thats soon. :p

*walks to 'fridge, pulls out pepsi, sits down infront of computer, and opens solitare* well boys, lets get crackin', we got a while to go. ;-)
