Finally a reasonably close functional version of a Dock-like shell for Windows :)

Well no system tray and no completely functioning quick launch, so goodbye to that :(

that's the closest thing I can find to the dock, that's free I mean ;)

They just don't understand how the dock works: running programs appear in it as one icon! Minimized windows get thumbnailed to the right side! Every dock program I've seen so far only seems to care about the bouncing animation and makes it basically a huge quick launch bar.

you can change the icons silly :P

But the point is they're supposed to automatically show up.
