It's in your footer template and YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EDIT IT as per the license agreement.

Well there is a minimum you need to put in there, but you are allowed to edit it.

You cannot edit the copyright, the only thing you can is rid of the Powered By: vBulletin (version here). Thats it. The copyright MUST stay.

(I'm not too sure about the first line though, filbie can correct me)

It has to be minimum what WDF has sans "Powered by". So: "vBulletin; copyright © 2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited."

You can only remove the version number from the copyright text.
