username?
 
I'm trying to get the username of the person who posted a certain post to show on another template...but when I do $post[username]

nothing shows -_-, help! :(

Bit variables can only be used in bit templates, or depending on how the page is coded, only the last bit variable will be visible in non-bit templates.

Just for future reference, you can make most variables work in another template through file hacking. Eg. Who's Online in header at vB.org.
