'Read new posts/susbscribe to posts' etc

sup guys on this forum, on forumhome u have three icons
1. Read new posts since last visit
2. Create new thread in this forum
3. Subscribe to forum

also in the post bit: u have a magnifying glass to take a user the most recent post by another user

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE HACKS.???????????/

Been going crazy looking for them....any help is appreciated...THANX

Yo thanx a lot man got it.....had to add the findnew by myself...but got it....one problem, how do i get it to look like in here, where the icons are all the way in the corner....mine show up right next to the text....can someone help me out.....thanx
