Oke this part i don't understand where must i do this ?

ALTER TABLE forum ADD lastthreadtitle VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL AFTER lastposter

If you want i can give you a script to run it for you. brb.

Upload the .php file in the zip to the /admin directory. call it via your broswer

www.yoursiteurl.com/forums/admin/querytodo.php

Once its done deleate it from the server.

If this messes up your database i take no responiblty!

Try this one I just wrote which doesn't rely on vB's functions. Upload it to your forum's directory, run it in your browser, then immediately delete it.
