Header/Footer?
 

How do I make my forum look like this - http://forums.teamxbox.com/ .. See how it has the header and footer and there is a border on the sides connecting them..How would I be able to do that? What is the code for me to do this? Thanks

Search around, there's a mod describing how to add a border to your forum.

Ive tried that and it never works, when I try to make the forum thinner. I even tried the pixels instead of percentages and it messes up the whole thing, everything becomes bunched up.

Heres a picture of it. I set both the the widths to 100px and it come to this ..
