Text Only Styles

Hello:

I looked but could not find any text only templates/style set (no graphics anywhere to speed up load times). Has any one worked on this? Please guide.

I've never seen any such template and it would certainly be a living hell to create. But it should be simple enough to find all templates that have images in them sans the lightbulbs; use the template search engine.

Even with images, vB forums load fast. And I'm on 56k, so if your higher I wouldn't be complaining at all. ;)

Tony that depends on the detail of the images, compresstion used, and the html code.

A image free style wouldent be hard to code but it would take awhile.

Yeah, I agree AL it would depend.

I may think of this as a future project, but it would only be from default vB. There are so many images in vB it would take ages to remove them all.

Right now I want to concentrate on getting some more template mods released.

I think i'll make a text only style! I'm bored at nights so i'll work on it then

www.ffimpulse.com has a nice one, is that what you mean? (select it from the style dropdown)
