Hey,

I have an idea, but i know absolutly nothing about templates or hack creation so i was hoping maybe someone could help me out.

This is my idea:

In the Moderator Column i want to switch it to a forum activity column.

What would happen is there would be a avtivity bar and it fills up depending on how active the forum is.

Is this totally far-fetched or can it be done?

Depends on how you define Active. However bit mods are extraordinarily difficult; take for example my last thread titles on forumhome mod. It uses over 700 lines of code total to just fetch the last thread titles and cache them.
