Is it possible to use framed images in the header (spliced).

I am told that I am getting error messages from PC users on the bottom left of the forum pages, not mac's.

I was told that this is possibly due to the fact that I am using frames w/spliced nesting images withinmy header. I was also told to revert it inorder to fix it.

So how do I get a header such as mine to work in my template? Some one has already noticed that I am using Macromedia's products to build some of the content. :p
