HierMenus looks to be what you need, i used it on my old ubb a few years back. The code sould go somewhere in your header template.

Aha, I've had experiance with that menu before.

I found it at a more organised page, I'll find that for you soon if I can. I had it bookmarked before I formatted. >_<
