[release] Smart "Moderated By"

Description: Allows you to intelligently display moderators along with the description, or nothing if none exist, for each forum on forumdisplay. Demo: None yet Screenshot: next post Requres IE5.5+ unless somebody can change the Javascript. Others will just see "Moderated by ." for forums with no explicitly defined moderators. |

I'll close this for now, if you decide against me then re-open it and have your way! Good day. |
Yeah but the point is to display the "Moderated by" only if there actually is a moderator for that forum. :(
