[Release] Subforum Column remove on Level1

Description: A small mod! This will remove an annoying redundent column border on the level 1 of your subforum. Please check out the 'before & after' screenshot to make things clear... Well, you can see what i mean... This is my first template mod. So please be gentle with me, i might have overlooked something.

Something that would look better is if you made the table like it is on forumhome instead of removing it. :)

You are right, thats the most logical thing to do. Because that is what people expect... Hmm, but that will take some time for me to figure out.
Colspans and rowspans are difficult to figure out with all those seperate templates.

But a cool idea!
