do i find out my Styles width in Pixels? you know like the forums part

That would be the "Content Table Width"
When you're in your admin cp
goto the styles part
click modify
and then click "[fonts/colors/etc]"
Then go down and find the part for "Content Table Width"

I know it Just shows % Is that Pixels??? sorry for asking this kind of question ;)

Yes, it's not in pixels because thats for images and not table widths. Use the %, lower and get to the width you want it.

The size of the image doesn't matter. It is stretched out or made skinnier with the width percentages in the code.

yea but if its stretched it will Probally Look stupid :S

Well, you'll have to change the size the image should be then to make it look better or use a different image.
