I just saw this...look at SDs sticky in the Template mod forum and look at how maybe people installed it...is it just me or is that NOT a mod?

look at SDs Submission thread in the Template Mod forum and look at how many people have "installed" it...

there is nothing to install unless I missed somthing...its just rules...

There are some but very few hacks at vBT, most of them mod/admin side so you can't see what they are.
