Description: Displays the title, reply count, and original poster of the thread with the most replies.
Demo: None yet

THIS MOD DOES NOT TAKE PERMISSIONS INTO EFFECT when picking the most replied thread. Users who normally might not have permission to view the thread will be able to see the thread's title (not its contents, though).
