custom borders on the forum home...
 

Aight how do I make custom borders, like the ones you have on this site? (example: the blue graphic border around the forum catagories). I have photoshop 7, so I can easily draw out my own border, but how or where do I put it into the vB? Please help me!

This adds the border that you are talking about. It uses code and not images, so no need to worry.
