Need help again

From my past help post i can tell you guys are very helpful to newbs like me! Thanks but i have one more problem.

on my forums www.syzygy-gaming.net/forums
There is the blue at the bottom i cant get rid of for some reason and the moderators section in the middle! If someone can help let me know!

Hmm, check forumhome_loggedinusers, forumhome or forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost for the 'blue' code and remove it once found.
