In this mod it will teach you how you can make your Links dashed everytime you Hover over them.

Then go to "Head Insert"

and find :

COLOR: {tableheadtextcolor};

I cant find that in my HEAD INSERT?

then if you cant, look for </style> and insert the code i told you above that.

open up the .txt file on notepad.don`t open it on the browser
