[release] Email Notification checked to no by default on registration
 

One thing I really hate is when I Register at a forum and forget to trun off Email Notification before i submit my acount. I also hate having to answer all the threads/pm's i get from newbies asking why the forum is emailing them updates. I really think this sould be off by default and only be truned on when a user decides to have it on. So i created this.

This mod will have the 'no' option checked by default for the Email Notification option on the registration page.

This is a helpful template mod, which I changed myself awhile back. I think this works better for very large boards when you're not trying to get new members.

My board is small. I noticed that when I installed this, I would have many members that would post once, then never return. I'm assuming its because they forgot about the site and didn't get an email when someone responded to their posts.
