Problem: new users can't activate account
 

Hi, just got vBulletin up and running but I've got a BIG, BIG problem

When a new user registers he gets an email with a link to complete registration.
but.. that link gives a 404 error, so users can't activate theyr accounts.

What's wrong with it?
I'm using version 2.2.8 of vBulletin
